At Global Pantry, we aim to deliver the finest imported products from across the globe—right to your doorstep. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know:

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in sealed and sellable condition.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged.

  • Opened items are not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by Global Pantry in case of genuine issues like wrong or damaged products. For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers may bear the return shipping charges.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated after product inspection and once the return is approved.

  • Expect the refund to be processed within 3-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • We currently do not offer partial refunds. If your product is eligible, you’ll receive the full amount.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, or before it is dispatched—whichever is earlier.

  • Cancellations are allowed for all products.

  • A full refund will be issued if the order is successfully canceled within the timeframe.

We currently deliver pan-India. Whether you’re in a metro city or a remote town, we aim to get your favourite global products to you.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote or difficult-to-reach areas: Up to 10 business days

Imported Products & Delays

As we deal in genuine imported goods, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, international stock handling, or high demand. We appreciate your patience and assure you of timely updates.
